NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BYLAWS OF

 

THE SAN FRANCISCO BIODIESEL ACCESS TASK FORCE

 

TO BE ACTED UPON AT THE MEETING OF AUGUST 17, 2006

 

 

This notice is issued pursuant to Article IX – Amendment of Bylaws of the San Francisco Biodiesel Access Task Force requiring circulation of proposed amendments in writing to all Task Force members and noticed to the public at least ten (10) days prior to such meeting.  The following provision in “Article V – Meetings of the Task Force, Section 6: Regular Meetings” is proposed for amendment as follows:

Section 6:  Regular Meetings

 

            Beginning June 2006 the regular Task Force meetings shall be held monthly on the third Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m., except in the case of a City-recognized holiday, when the meeting shall be rescheduled to a special meeting.  Meetings shall be held at City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett, Jr. Place, Room 278 408, in the City and County of San Francisco.  This information shall be posted on the Department of the Environment’s website. 

 

The purpose of the Bylaws change is to change the Regular Meeting Room from Room 408, City Hall to Room 278, City Hall effective August 17, 2006.
