1.       Minutes:  Task Force Meeting Minutes of March 10, 2010 were approved as written.

2.       Announcements:  Mark Palmer distributed the San Francisco Municipal Green Building Announcements for April 14, 2010.

3.      Policy Development: The Task Force reviewed and commented on the current status of the proposed amendment to Environment Code Chapter 7, specifically Sec. 707 and Sec. 709.

4.       Old Business:  None.
