A quorum of appointed task force members was present at the meeting.

 

In addition, there were attendees representing Davis Langdon, Inc. and City Department attendees from SFDPH, Real Estate, SFE and SFPUC Water.   

Agenda Items:

 

1.      Minutes:  Task Force Meeting Minutes of July 14, 2010 were approved as written.

2.      Announcements:  MP distributed the San Francisco Municipal Green Building Announcements for August 11, 2010. 

3.      Policy Development: The Task Force reviewed the matrix comparing Environment Code Chapter 7, LEED 2009 BD&C and CALGreen, the state green building code which goes into effect Jan. 1, 2011.  The Task Force reviewed and commented on the IEQ section of the proposed amendment.  Real Estate Division has a database where IEQ complaints can be catalogued.
