1. Call to Order and Roll Call.
2. Approval of Minutes of the September 16, 2010 Urban Forestry Council Planning and Funding Committee Regular Meeting. (Explanatory Document: September 16, 2010 Meeting Draft Minutes) (Discussion and Action)
3. Public Comment: Members of the public may address the Committee on matters that are within the Committee’s jurisdiction and are not on today’s agenda.
4. Annual Urban Forest Report. Staff will provide status updates on this year's report. (Continued from the September 16, 2010 Meeting) (Discussion)
5. Review of any Project Plans for Major Publicly Sponsored Developments and Civic Improvements that might Impact Trees. One of the purposes and responsibilities of the Urban Forestry Council is to make recommendations regarding these types of projects to the Planning Department or other affected agencies. Committee Members will discuss any known projects. (Discussion)
6. Urban Forest Plan. Discussion of funding updates or other information related to the current status of the Urban Forest Plan. (Discussion)
7. New Business/Future Agenda Items. (Discussion)

The next Planning and Funding Committee meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 18, 2010 at 4:15 p.m., City Hall, Room 421.

Public comment will be taken following each agendized item. Each member of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes, unless otherwise announced by the Chair. If it is demonstrated that the comments by the public will exceed 15 minutes, the Chair may continue Public Comment to another time during the meeting.

The Urban Forestry Council Planning and Funding Committee meetings will be held at City Hall, Room 421, One Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco, CA. City Hall meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible. The closest accessible BART station is the Civic Center Station at United Nations Plaza and Market Street.
